Human rights violations, non-compliance with environmental obligations, serious fraud, as well as all other illegal business practices, are incredibly damaging. Identifying and averting breaches of the law or non-compliance with guidelines, as well as our internal company rules and regulations, at an early stage is therefore a priority for the KARL MAYER Group.

We also need your help with this. By reporting anything amiss, you help us to discover risks and wrong behaviour as early as possible. This makes it possible to nip problems in the bud, and to take the appropriate countermeasures.

With our whistle-blower system, we offer you the chance to report any misconduct to us. You can notify us of breaches of the law, tell us about human rights violations, or also about environment-related risks, as well as non-compliance with the internal company rules. You are welcome to remain anonymous. You can also tell us of rights violations or illegal activities along our global supply chain via this system.

Reporting platform

Our online reporting ("whistle-blowing") platform is another option for passing on information to us. It is also available to the public, and can be used to anonymously and confidentially report breaches of the law, non-compliance with the internal guidelines or other ethical concerns.

You are welcome to remain anonymous. However, to allow us to clarify unresolved questions directly with you, we would encourage you to include your contact details in your report. The confidentiality of your data is guaranteed.
